We want you (and hopefully your dachshund) to love your new tee. If something isn't right, we've got your back.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

If you received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or simply aren't happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

For returns not related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Before sending anything back, please email us at monika@doxietee.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at monika@doxietee.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once production has started.
