When will my order arrive?
Every tee is printed just for you, so we need a little time before it heads out on its adventure.
- 🐾 Production: 2–3 business days
- 🚚 Shipping within the USA: 2–4 business days
Most customers receive their order within 4 – 7 business days.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are proudly printed and shipped from the USA. 🇺🇸
Should I add my phone number?
Yes, we highly recommend it!
Adding your phone number helps carriers contact you if there's a delivery issue, making it much easier for your tee to find its forever home.
(Don't worry—we won't call just to chat about dachshunds. 🐶)
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
You'll always see the final shipping cost before placing your order.
Better yet: 🎉 Shipping is FREE when you order 3 or more tees!
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please try these quick steps:
- 📧 Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the address is correct.
- 📮 Check with your local post office.
- 🏡 Ask your neighbors—sometimes friendly neighbors (or friendly delivery drivers) lend a helping hand.
🐾 Doxie Tip: If you're expecting a package but won't be home, consider shipping it to a workplace, family member, or another safe location. Porch pirates are much less adorable than dachshunds.

Oops... I entered the wrong shipping address
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll gladly update the address.
If it has already shipped, we can send a replacement order, but the additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
